BODEGA DSS is a platform to leverage from the analysis of human factors in Smart Borders carried out in BODEGA. It enables border guard managers, practitioners and stakeholders to assess the potential benefit of qualitative non-tangible factors to improve a Border Control Point. The user may combine the human factors into sets whose impact in performance are evaluated. Performance is assessed with respect to the three drivers to quantify performance, i.e. Speed, Security and Fairness. The BODEGA DSS includes all functionalities for the creation, assessment and results interpretation to facilitate prospective analysis of measures for an efficient design of future BCPs.
